We have the following objectives:
- 1. Training of youth workers and project leaders. The flexibility in distributing sessions is to assure participants that outcomes will be tailored to their initial needs.
- 2. Exchange of best practices. A very important feature of the project is to allocate ample space and time to participants from various countries, organizations and backgrounds to inform each other about how exactly they conduct their youth work, and what works best in which situations.
- 3. Discussion of challenges. Beyond informing about practices of others, the project also aims to help participants address difficulties that they face in working with young people.
- 4. Potential to establish new partnerships of high duration and quality and to improve existing ones. In sessions on future cooperation, as well as informally, the we aim to build the ground for follow-ups and new initiatives shared by some, or even all participants.
